The Health of Imam of the Time (A.S) and the Possibility of Measuring the Effect of Prayer on its Realization

Undoubtedly, one of the functions of “praying for the health of Imam of the Time (A.S)” should be sought in the benefit the supplicant is given; but, can it be considered as a spiritual factor in repelling or eliminating the disease of his majesty?
The present paper, while accepting the first role of prayer, has explained the “sacred aspect” of the prayer for the health of Imam of the Time (A.S), through the path of proofing the possibility of disease occurrence through the law of causes, and the existence of common good in the disease, and addressing the obstacles of the disease, whether it makes it “impossible to happen” or not; in the essential form, such as features and in the particular, Imam’s maximum divinely-given knowledge and infallibility from the repulsive, as well as guaranteeing the protection of Imam by God and the agency of spiritual causes. We have come to this conclusion that God protects his holiness for the salvation of human beings; but the realization of this divinely promise requires some tools. The “alternate prayer” is considered as a spiritual reason for preserving the Imam.
