Analyzing the Cultural Functions of the Doctrine of Mahdism with a focus on Opportunities and Threats

Abstract
"The culture of system" is a set of statements about beliefs, values, and norms that are essential in fostering social relationships. "The doctrine of Mahdism" as a strategic belief in Shia thought paints a clear and desirable picture of the future ahead for humanity. On this basis, research in Mahdism with a cultural approach can help preserve, expand, and extend existing opportunities, safeguard society from many damages, threats, anomalies, and even cultural invasions. This essay, through the "descriptive-analytical" method, investigates various aspects of the relationship between the doctrine of Mahdism and culture, such as the constituent elements of culture, the necessity of integrating a cultural approach to Mahdism, the cultural functions of Mahdism, its requirements and duties, and a special emphasis on the opportunities and cultural threats of Mahdism as well as the dimensions of the study of Mahdism with a cultural approach. Its goal is to identify new areas in the field of Mahdi culture. To progress from the current situation and reach the desired culture, we need the Mahdavi culture in all its dimensions, which will lead to a serious transformation of the existing human in various dimensions in the contemporary world, politically, socially, intellectually, and even economically.
