The Exemplary Role of the Representatives of the Twelfth Imam (PBUH) in Articulating the Attributes of an Ideal Manager for for a Government Preparing the Ground for Reappearance

Abstract
After  elaborating on the point of similarity between the government preparing the ground for the Imam's return and the institution of wikala (deputyship), employs a descriptive-analytical method. By examining and exploring Hadith and historical sources, and analyzing reports related to deputies of the Twelfth Imam (peace be upon him), it seeks to articulate the managerial characteristics of these deputies and the structure of social affairs administration. From those characteristics, it aims to derive a model for identifying the ideal manager's attributes within for a government preparing the ground for the appearance of Imam in the current era. The results of data interpretation and analysis indicate that the most important managerial characteristics of the Imam's deputies are: diligence in obeying the Imam,efficiency, rationality, discretion (secrecy), order and discipline in affairs, adherence to hierarchy in terms of the deputies' position. These qualities can be put forth as the defining characteristics of an ideal manager for a a government preparing the ground for the appeance of Imam.
