Abstract
Power is a capacity to manage social actions. In order to exert any kind of influence on the target society and audience, the power must also be available. Mahdavi organizations, to realize the Mahdavi civilization, need to create and strengthen this social capacity. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that create and strengthen power in Mahdavi organizations. In this study, using the thematic analysis method, the factors of power in Mahdavi organizations are identified. The findings of this research indicate that the factors that enhance and strengthen power in Mahdavi organizations include: faith and trust in God, discourse formation, unity and group solidarity, development of relationships and good interaction, and knowledge and expertise.
