The Fundamental Analysis of Mahdavi Justice at the Age of Occultation Based on the Theory of the Authority of the Qualified Faqih

Abstract
In this paper, two time periods of “Occultation” and “Appearance” has been depicted. The juncture of Occultation associates the society at the age of Occultation led by a qualified faqih and the Appearance time represents the society of the age of Appearance led by Imam Mahdi (A.S). The society at the age of Appearance as the “expected society” and the society at the time of Occultation as the “waiting society” overlap each other in terms of cognitive goal and function. That is the waiting society which is the society of the qualified faqih moves in the direction to reach the ultimate goal of Mahdavi society such as justice, spirituality, humanity, God- and ethics-centered religiosity. Therefore, among the important goals and objectives of the Mahdavi world system is the realization of justice in the global context in all aspects and dimensions of human life. The fundamental analysis of implementation of Mahdavi justice at the Occultation period is justified by the ties and relations between the two societies of the time of Appearance and the time of Occultation. Accordingly, the society of the time of Appearance is introduced as the modeling society and the society of the Occultation period is introduced as the model-accepting society. In this paper, the necessity relation between the societies of the Occultation period with that of Appearance era is justified with a rational-transcendental method and the rational data, along with the theoretical analysis, makes the accompanying of the qualified faqih’s society with Mahdavi society in the realization of justice obvious and clear.
