Given the two important dimensions of human as a constituent entity of society, that is "awareness" and "behavior", the pivotal role for Mahdavi government can be explored in the two aspects of knowledge and action from the perspective of the verses and narrations. The most essential cognitive prerequisites that should be established or strengthened after the Islamic Revolution for the preparation of the government of the Mahd. include: increasing certainty-based awareness and social assurance in the field of Mahdism while preventing tendencies towards superstition and its propagation; creating a hopeful understanding of the future by establishing a pre-appearance government and mentally simulating the Mahdavi government on a small and symbolic scale for the public; providing enlightening efforts in detaching retirement from the concept of waiting and transitioning from passivity to activity in the social waiting for Mahdism and transforming the approach in Mahdism studies from proposition-based research towards Mahdism doctrine. The practical arena of the prerequisites created by the Islamic Revolution for the appearance consist of: tasting the flavor of success in the shadow of pre-appearance experimental organizational activities; commitment to the guardianship of the jurist during the Occultation period in the realm of social management as an experiential process for the acceptance of vicegerency of the Imam of the Age; and establishing the axis of resistance as one of the foundations for the realization of a unified Islamic nation to motivate the creation of unity of approach in seeking the Promised Savior.
