One of the important functions of the educational and training system is to draw the attention of learners to values, create virtues, and cultivate them in the learners. The Mahdavi teachings are one of the capacities of the Shiite school in institutionalizing values in the education and training system. This research, focusing on the value concepts derived from the Mahdavi teachings in authentic Shiite sources, such as justice, peace-seeking, hope, meaningfulness, unity, and social harmony, while explaining each of the mentioned values, discusses their contribution to the development of virtues in the education and training system. Those in charge can be the facilitators of development of virtues in the educational system by utilizing this capacity. This article, using the "descriptive-analytical" method and aiming to explain how development of virtues can be achieved in the educational and training system based on the Mahdavi teachings, reviews some of these values in the educational and training system.
