To foster organizational ethics and solve ethical issues, organizations are in need of Islamic value-based ethical management. Ethical management operates in addition to laws and aims at internalizing moral values. The Mahdavi thought and practice offer a comprehensive framework for the reform of management systems that enhance organizational culture by preventing unethical behavior. This study discusses the moral management practices tasked to Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his return) in organizations. The methodology of the research is "descriptive-analytical" and the data collection method is primarily "library-based." Data collected consists of narrations (riwayat) of the Infallible Imams (peace be upon them) from books such as Al-Kafi, Al-Ghaybah Lil-Nu'mani, Kamal al-Din wa Tamam al-Ni'mah, Nahj al-Balagha, Al-Ghaybah (authored by Sheikh Tusi), and Ithbat al-Hudat Bil-Nusus wal-Mu'jizat, which are associated with the government of the Mahdi. The related accounts are systematically placed within narrative families, analyzed, and from these, ethical management strategies are extrapolated. The most important ethical management strategies based on the Mahdavi conduct are creating ethical insight, encouraging reverence and respect, prioritizing ethical and virtue-based leadership, applying merit-based selection in addition to pure selection, dignified satisfaction and fulfillmen of people's material and spiritual needs, and ethical authority and dealing with deviations.
