Abstract
Understanding the religion and recognizing the damages caused by the distortion in the religious sciences demands the expertise and is actually possible after knowing the abrogating and abrogated, unconditioned and conditioned, general and specific, explicit and implicit and logical fallacy and judicial error. But the question is whether all people have a complete mastery of these sciences? Can mere primary acquaintance in understanding the spirit of religion and the rules governing the teachings be the solution? According to the wisdom and religion in order to prevent any deviations in the religion and its correct comprehension, it is necessary to benefit from the religious scholars who are the legacies of the Imams. In the People of the House’s words, the referring of the people to the “transmitters of the traditions” and the order of “following the faqihs by common people” is indisputable. On the other hand, the false claimants have made their every effort against the high status and successful and effective performance of these watchers and guardians to undermine the status of religious authority and expertise with invalid excuses. And because they have considered the learned and virtuous scholars as the barrier of their own way, they have tried to attribute accusations such as the confrontation of the faqihs with Imam Mahdi (A.S), the killing of the faqihs at the time of Appearance, being traditional and old-fashioned to these religious frontiers. This paper, with a descriptive-analytic approach, has criticized the traditions which have been resorted to by the deviated flaws in order to prove their false claims and it concludes some of the used traditions are fictitious and in addition to weakness, some of them suffer the distortion in meaning and wrong applicability.
